Just a couple of days until I’m holding a Family Constellations day at the wonderful- The Quiet View.
We’ll be in a beautiful Yurt attending to our ancestral lines and what we need to heal to gain liberation from the things that feel blocked or stuck in our lives.

People attend Family Constellations sessions for many reasons.

Sometimes they feel stuck in an area of life like romantic relationships, money, home life, friends or career.

Sometimes they can see patterns in their lives that they don’t seem to be able to shake. The same thing keeps happening.

Sometimes they have issues in their families that are challenging.

Sometimes they feel they are entangled with a parent or sibling to the point they aren’t able to feel an independent person.

What we often find through a Family Constellations approach is that the roots of these issues are located in the past and it didn’t start with you.

Held in a Trauma informed way these workshops are transformative with participants experiencing huge shifts.

Many congratulations to my fabulous Reiki Level 1 students yesterday.
They did an amazing job taking on the level 1 teachings of healing through the hands.
Their self healing practice and doing treatments for each other was so beautiful to witness.
Wishing these wonderful souls all the best with their Reiki journeys.

Many thanks as well to my wonderful assistants Ems and Nat who helped make the day run so smoothly. So grateful.

Taken 6mths after level 3 training in Holy Fire or Usui Reiki - this training is another big upgrade. You get initiated into working with 9 powerful symbols that hold different frequencies and work in different ways to deepen and refine a Reiki healing.
These symbols are so powerful and carry such potent energies for these times. 4 ignitions activate the symbols. That can be chanted as well as used in a variety of ways to great effect.

Women’s voices matter – more than ever.

To truly be ourselves, we need to trust our voices.

Not just our singing voices, but our voice in the world. Our ability to express ourselves honestly, to speak our truth, and to trust what we know deep inside.

Working with the drum and voice is a powerful combination. The drum has a way of waking us up while helping us relax at the same time. It brings us into our bodies, into the present moment, and into connection with ourselves.

There is something profound about finding growth and expansion within the safety of a supportive, non-judgemental space. As our confidence grows there, it begins to travel with us into the rest of our lives.

Because our voices are needed everywhere.

At work. With our children and partners. With friends and family. In medical appointments. In challenging conversations. In moments of stress, uncertainty or conflict.

Our voice is how we communicate what is okay and what is not okay for us.

It’s how we set boundaries. How we say no. How we say yes.

It’s how we express love, anger, fear, joy and desire. It’s how we ask for what we need.

So while it may seem that we’re simply taking small steps, exploring sound and rhythm with the drum, something much bigger is happening.

We are building trust in ourselves.

We are strengthening our capacity to be heard.

We are reclaiming parts of ourselves that may have been silenced, dismissed or shut down in the past.

This is no small thing.

This is a reclamation.

And I truly believe that the more women who trust their voices, the more women who speak clearly, honestly and courageously, the more our world changes for the better.

But that is all to come.

For now, there is simply an invitation.

An invitation to come and explore your voice in a supportive space, alongside other women who understand, who are growing, and who are finding their way back to themselves too.

If you’d like more peace in your life - join us.

Open to those new to Reiki as well as those who have attended training.

This nourishing evening really does help us feel a lot better, more relaxed, peaceful and rejuvenated.

We go through a series of meditations bringing through Reiki energy for self healing and group healing.

These are techniques you can take away with you.

Facilitated by Reiki Master and Teacher Emma Hewitt- this evening is something not to be miss at just £10 for a 2 hour event.
