Tranformation on physical, emotional, neurological levels through playing empowered audio recordings. A new technology that I've developed using methods derived specifically from Shingon Buddhist practices.

Can Christians practise Reiki?

It’s a fair question, especially when Reiki is so often confused with angels, spirit guides, ascended masters, channelling, and New Age add-ons that have nothing to do with traditional Reiki.

In this article, I look at Reiki and Christianity carefully, including the Catholic concerns, the difference between traditional Reiki and modern Reiki-derived systems, and why Reiki should be understood as both healing practice and spiritual development.

I also share the story of a well-known retired German Catholic priest I taught in Egypt, who loved Reiki, practised it alongside his prayers, and told me that what I taught him was exactly the same as what he had learned during his own training as a priest.

Most people think drawing is about talent.

It isn’t.

Drawing trains perception. It shows you how quickly the mind replaces what’s actually in front of you with symbols, assumptions and shortcuts.

That’s why many people draw the idea of an eye, a hand, a face or a chair, rather than what they’re actually seeing.

In this article, I look at how drawing can train attention, memory, spatial awareness and the relationship between seeing and action. I also include some simple exercises you can try, including contour drawing, negative space drawing, tactile drawing and a 7-Day Seeing Challenge.

Spiritual intelligence is sometimes called SQ, or spiritual quotient.

I define it much more practically:

Discernment.
Meaning.
Aligned action.

It’s what helps you tell the difference between fear and intuition, pressure and clarity, conditioning and truth.

Reiki Jin Kei Do Mastery is the beginning of that shift.

This training opens the first part of the Third Stage of the system, moving beyond technique and deeper into awareness, embodiment, meditation, presence, and the real inner structure of practice.

There’s only so much you can understand about Reiki by thinking about it.

At some point, it becomes something you experience directly.

That’s where it starts to make sense in a much more natural way.

You begin to notice more awareness, more calm, and a stronger connection with yourself.

From there, it becomes part of how you move through everyday life.

Reiki isn’t something you need to overthink.

When it’s approached properly, it becomes very straightforward.

It develops awareness, calm, and a clearer connection with yourself in a natural way.

From there, you begin to understand it through direct experience rather than trying to figure it out.

That’s where it starts to become part of everyday life.
