It's happening again near London, South Hertfordshire, 16th October, only a few places left as the space is limited, set in a gorgeous woodland, inside a roundhouse. So looking forward to sharing how Shadow Work and Breathwork can play a monumental role into reclaiming much of the power and life force that was your birthright.

Nuad Born Thai Massage is a whole body massage incorporating Hatha Yoga and acupressure principles based on the meridians of the body as taught in Chinese Medicine. It is performed using a mat on the floor and the client is dressed in light clothing.

The benefits of touch and massage are well proven by now, this massage in particular will leave you deeply relaxed and spacious within. The massage is best given in a 2hr period for optimum result, however 90mins & 1 or 2 hr sessions are also available.

Welcome to the world of Energy Healing Technology!

Bio-Healing is using light, sound, geometry and source energy to address any challenge you may currently be facing on any levels of your life. This practice is based on the premise that, whatever happens in the physical/manifested aspect of your life & body happened first at the energetic level of your being. Sometimes you may clear something at the physical/manifested level of your reality, only for the same or similar issue reoccurring. This can mean the issue may be rooted in your bio-energy field, also known as auric field to some, clearing it at this level can have tremendous results.

You may have come across Reiki practitioners overtime. I first started energy healing with the relatively well known form of Reiki in 2008. Since then I have developed further healing abilities through my own practice and evolution, whilst also studying a specific set of geometries, light and sound that assist the healing to take place. These are called Rishi Codes. The ancient Rishis used to be given those to meditate and reflect upon for periods of time in order to ascend their level of consciousness. Each code is a perfect harmony of geometric shape, each code comes with an active mantra/chant and when combined with aligned communication with source energy, begin to effect the field, clearing and transmuting what one may experience as stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, childhood trauma and more.

The sessions inevitably impact the physical levels of your being and can open you up to becoming more aware that your whole being includes an energetic field, how each and everyone of us has one such field and how our environment has another, how all these fields interact with each other constantly and finally, how learning to work with this intentionally can literally change your life! Sessions usually are 1hr or 90 mins long.
