Alongside my corporate career, I’ve spent over two decades working with the body and mind - teaching classical Pilates (which I still offer part time), and training in energy work and tantric practices. Since the age of 18, I’ve been holding space for others, developing a strong capacity to listen deeply and hold what needs to be expressed in order for real, lasting shifts to occur.
