One dangerous thing about douching is that it removes the normal flora of the vj,normal flora that is there to fight against infection and once they are removed, Candida albican will begin to overgrow including other microorganisms,then infection will set in.

Nothing irritates a midwife like a pregnant woman leaving out essential items in the hospital list.
Imagine a woman in labour without pads,baby clothes, etc.

Assemble all your delivery items in one bag and keep in a safe place in your house so even if labour starts in the market,you are graciously prepared.
