Hi, I'm Rachael 👋
I am an NMC Registered Nurse with extensive experience in health and social care, as well as the CQC registration process.
I currently hold the roles of Registered Manager and Nominated Individual for a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider. In addition, I am independently registered with the Care Quality Commission as an individual provider for the Treatment of Disease, Disorder and Injury (TDDI) regulated activity.
Having successfully completed multiple CQC registration processes myself, I understand first-hand the challenges that providers face. I have independently prepared and submitted my own applications, successfully completed three CQC registration interviews, and navigated every stage of the registration journey. This practical experience gives me valuable insight into what the CQC expects from new providers and managers.
