My angel entered this world 8 days early on Tuesday 9th November at 4.34am, weighing 6lbs + 5oz.

We are totally and utterly obsessed and in love 🥰

Enjoying this sacred time with her and all the moments in between.

Lastly I’m in awe and have deeper, richer and more profound respect for the female body.

We are magical beings and create life-giving and life-altering miracles.

I’m off on a social media detox starting today for two weeks. You’ve done this for yourself before, haven’t you?

If not, then here’s why you may want to consider it.

It’s time to be in my own energy, my own world and to get even more quiet for a bit.

I planned to do this after the recent Full Moon and as we’ve transitioned into Libra season and a Mercury retrograde upon us it just feels right.

Time to balance out the energies of perfectionism and escapism.

During my time away from IG, FB and what ever else I seem to find myself on these days, I’ll will write a love letter to my email community, keep them updated with New Moon circle & events.

Because this will only create more space for my truly aligned community to find me.

I trust that. Because I trust my path, my life force and my intuition.

🌙 Each circle has a theme to create inner metamorphosis and we do subconscious reprogramming, activating energy healing, and have deep and meaningful conversations.

🌙 For our ancestors in ancient times, circles were used to call in the energy of the divine feminine, and as a way of grounding, aligning, and receiving higher wisdom and consciousness.

🌙 A moon circle is a safe space, where you can thrive being in sacred sisterhood, feel supported and witnessed. Because everything that happens in a circle remains privately in the circle, which allows you to truly open up, share, and be authentic.
