Last night, I broke a 48 hour water-only fast & this stuck with me:

The power of complaining is so much stronger than you think

(Reading through Numbers atm)

God got angry because the Israelites were complaining in the wilderness... What could’ve been an 11 day journey was actually 40 years 😮‍💨
They needed a lot of refinement.

WHY WAS GOD ANGRY?!

1. They complained among themselves, instead of taking it to God first - since man could not solve the problem. God is the ultimate problem solver 🙏

2. Their desires turned into greed and obsessiveness.

3. Instead of tackling their issues head on - their pride and envy - they used a smoke screen. They attacked the very person they were envious of….Moses.

Any of this sound familiar?👀
Be blessed 💙

People always ask “what’s your story behind giving your life to Jesus at 35 years old?”

Here’s part of my testimony from atheism to Daughter of God 🙏

Habits I stole from happily married Christian women 🤍

The women with the strongest marriages I know all do these quietly. No one talks about them.

Save this for when you need a reminder of what you are building towards ❤️

God will ask you to do something that makes absolutely no sense. And your willingness to say yes anyway will change everything.

Obedience is not comfortable or logical. And it almost never comes with an explanation. But every woman I know who found her person on the other side of waiting has a story that starts with “God told me to do something that made no sense and I did it anyway.”

Here are 4 signs God is testing your obedience before bringing your husband:

1. He asks you to give something up with no explanation.

The friendship that was draining you. The habit you were hiding. The relationship that felt good but had no godly foundation. He does not always tell you why. He just asks if you trust Him enough to let go. Proverbs 3:5 says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. That letting go is where your breakthrough begins.

2. He calls you somewhere that terrifies you.

A new city. A new career. A new version of yourself that feels completely unfamiliar. The calling will always feel bigger than your confidence. That is intentional. God does not call the equipped. He equips the called. Jeremiah 29:11 says He knows the plans He has for you. You do not need to see the whole road. You just need to take the next step.

3. He asks you to choose faith over every logical reason not to.

Every fear says you are not ready. But something deep in your spirit says move. Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing the word of God. The more you stay in the word the louder that voice gets. Learning to trust it over everything else is one of the most important things God will ever teach you.

4. He asks you to stop asking why and start asking what.

“Why is this taking so long?” becomes “What do you need from me in this season?” That one shift changes everything - from waiting to preparing. James 1:4 says let patience have its perfect work so that you may be complete and lacking nothing. The woman who learns that question is the woman who walks into her marriage whole.

At 35, I was jobless, single and living back with my parents. Seven months later I met my husband. Obedience is never wasted 🫶🏽

If you're a single Christian having a rough single season, this scripture is for you:

"What we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later" - Romans 8:18

- it's true 🫶🏽
from someone who was jobless, moved
back in with her parents, and single - then met her husband in 7 months 💕

The simple trick to seeing more job opportunities each day 🧠

Let’s start with your brain - it is already filtering out most of what’s happening around you.

It’s called the Reticular Activating System (RAS).
The RAS is a filter in your brainstem that decides what information reaches your conscious mind.

You’re exposed to millions of bits of data every second… but you can only consciously process about 40.
The RAS filters based on what it believes is important to you.

Ever think about buying a specific car… and then start seeing it everywhere?
That’s your RAS at work.

Now imagine you’re constantly thinking:
❌ “I’m not good enough.”
❌ “There are no jobs out there.”
❌ “No one’s hiring.”

Guess what your RAS starts filtering for?
More of the same - stress, rejection, closed doors.

But when you start shifting your focus toward:
✅ “I’m open to new opportunities.”
✅ “I’m ready for the right role.”
✅ “I’m capable and confident.”

Your RAS starts pulling in evidence to support that.

It starts showing you the things you were missing;
opportunities, new leads, unexpected connections.

💡 Here’s how to train your RAS daily (takes less than 1 minute):

1. Set a clear intention:
“I’m attracting the right role for me.”
2. Visualize success:
Picture the job, the team, the feeling of getting the offer…..
3. Feel the emotions:
Confidence. Gratitude. Peace.

Your brain becomes a magnet for what you believe is possible.
Train it wisely.

🔁 Rewire your focus.
🔍 Spot what others miss.
💼 Land what’s meant for you.
