CALMING ANIMAL POSES FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN
🐘 start with a breathing practice
🐈make the sound of each animal on the out breath
👍ask children if they can feel the breath in their body? Many younger kids find it hard to connect with the breath so anything that makes it more tangible such as the breathing ball or exhaling as you blow into your hand and feel the breath helps.
