he plant based lifestyle and elevating it through the principles of design, is to support an Individual in their positive relationship with food through nutrition and lifestyle consulting. Originally formed as a recipe development service alongside Vinny’s Plant Based & Vinny's Warung, Plant food Atelier now offers insight into holistic nutrition. The founder Vinny Mathilda is an artist - turned - chef who adds taste and smell to composition, color and texture, embracing the art of dining. A Kriya Yoga disciple since 6 years old, Vinny integrates the way of yoga into Plantfood Atelier making our work unique and health oriented. Considering the importance of food to overall quality of life, we create delicious recipes that celebrate the purity of flavor, and natural ingredients, resulting in calming dishes for the mind and body. Without insistent focus on one diet or fad, we suggest ways of listening to your own body, in order to avoid excessive planning or added stress to your plate. With Yogic techniques that can help treat eating disorders and Tao inspired approach to balancing through food we are here for the one who seeks a truly healthy lifestyle and unconventional freedom. was incredible. I believe it’s my new favorite Plantbased restaurant on the planet 🌍

I had to try their version of - one of my absolutely favorite dishes- it was made Mallows with the use of rhubarb, a little spicy - it hit the spot.
There was no way I was going to skip made of two of my faves - artichokes and nopales / cactus !
The croquettes were 10/10 delicious yet melt in your mouth light . And then .. the choice of dessert made difficult with options like chocolate MISO tart, and pistachio sponge … I had to go for the vegan creme brûlée - it exceeded expectation and was my favorite part of lunch.

Can’t wait to go back 🥰

I haven’t had a steady home base for a while now .. so no kitchen or time for chef content - I thought I’d share some gems from travel .. ❤️

As much as I thrive off of fresh fruit for breaky - the brief transition to European winter has got me cooking oats - something I haven’t done as routine since college ( cheap and filling ) . My oatmeal always has bananas cooked into it for natural sweetness and surprise in texture + peanut butter because I don’t believe in oats without it - this one, adorned with gojis, raw chocolate shavings and coconut to foreshadow my trip back home 🌴

This lovely indulgent drink was one of the first things I ever tried at my absolute favourite , it’s your choice of an iced drink - pictured is matcha - I’d go for the iced coffee 🧡, with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream - all vegan and absolutely divine ! The infamous drink is called THE BOMB! 💣 🍦
