was incredible. I believe it’s my new favorite Plantbased restaurant on the planet 🌍
I had to try their version of - one of my absolutely favorite dishes- it was made Mallows with the use of rhubarb, a little spicy - it hit the spot.
There was no way I was going to skip made of two of my faves - artichokes and nopales / cactus !
The croquettes were 10/10 delicious yet melt in your mouth light . And then .. the choice of dessert made difficult with options like chocolate MISO tart, and pistachio sponge … I had to go for the vegan creme brûlée - it exceeded expectation and was my favorite part of lunch.
Can’t wait to go back 🥰
I haven’t had a steady home base for a while now .. so no kitchen or time for chef content - I thought I’d share some gems from travel .. ❤️
Do you remember when there were no vegan restaurants at all? I’m still so impressed by what we’ve done with the world ;)
