Fun fact: I have always wanted to become a lawyer my whole life, but ended up at King’s studying pharmacy. (Don’t ask me why or how 😭)

Advice for freshers: Say hi & be initiative to make a first move! The friends you make in your first year often become your people for the rest of uni.
Feel free to reach out to me anytime and please do not hesitate to ask for help! I’ll be willing to help you 😛

Fun fact: A fun fact about me is that I’ve been an Ariana Grande fan since I was six, after watching her on Victorious. I even managed to get tickets to her Eternal Sunshine Tour, despite how difficult they were to get!
Advice for freshers: My advice to freshers would be to make the most of Waterloo’s location! It’s such a convenient campus and you’re basically in Central London, with places like Covent Garden, Soho and Leicester Square nearby. Definitely use it as an opportunity to explore London between lectures or after uni and make the most of studying in such a central location.

Committee title: Events Manager
Year of study: Year 4
Fun fact: Seven languages in my repertoire, so good luck catching me speechless. 😏
Advice for freshers: Don’t take first year too seriously, but make sure you stay on top of things too! Take every opportunity that comes your way because you’ll never get these first-year experiences back. Join societies, get involved, and most importantly, make friends and connections!

First year might seem really content-heavy at first, but trust me, it will probably be the least stressful year compared to what’s to come! So enjoy it, make memories, and try not to stress too much. You’ll look back and realise you had it easier than you thought! 😊
