It’s a bit miserable out there so here is a spicy ombré sweetie necklace! I love this style, the was it gently fades into each shade just like autumn leaves.

I used a range of coloured jade Rondelle beads, the beauty is that it looks different every way you wear it.

I’m thinking to make a whole range of ombré necklaces like this but in other colours?

Another little custom made bracelet heading out for a special birthday.

This is different to my usual bracelet where I use stretchy cord. Here I used silk thread, hand knotting between each bead and finished with a connector clasp.

When creating a bespoke piece, I listen first to the ideas, what colours and stones my client would like, in this case greens, blues and pearls, and then have a little play around and send photos. My first attempt was approved this time and then I get to work.

Back to school vibes ? Are you Ready to Flow Into Autumn? 🍂

It always feels like a fresh start when classes resume after the summer, a little like a new year! A time to reconnect to your practice, or to start a new routine, as we move into autumn.

I offer three different classes as I believe in balance and the value of both an energising practise and also deep rest.

✨ Monday & Tuesday 8:00 PM Restorative Yoga & Somatics (aka sleepy yoga)
Perfect for unwinding deeply held tension and finding stillness.

✨ Thursday 9:15 AM Slow Flow
Plenty of time to move and explore every pose with breath awareness. (Fully booked at the moment with waiting list)

✨ Friday 6:30 PM Dynamic Vinyasa
A strong, creative flow for balance and strength melting into to sound and silence.

Sunday 27th September 6-9pm

I also run a monthly 3 hour Yoga Somatics and Sound Workshop for overwhelming times.

This is a regular resource perfect for those of you who can’t make weekly classes but need a space to connect with others and to practice techniques that may help manage periods of stress and overwhelm.

Each class is finished with the soothing sounds of gong, chimes, singing bowls and drums to guide you into Savasana.

Yesterday I held a Yoga, Somatics and Sound workshop for 5 beautiful souls… for overwhelming times 🤍

This work is something I feel so deeply about. Creating spaces where we can soften, listen, and gently come back to ourselves feels more important than ever.
