This Saturday, join us for an Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop with
We’ll explore dynamic inversion pathways with a focus on Handstands and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana). Through progressive drills, wall support, and props, you’ll learn safe and structured ways to approach inversions and build confidence upside down.
We’ll also work with partner and group exercises, including how to spot effectively, helping you feel supported as you explore your practice.
Expect playful shapes and transitions such as Funky Pinchas, Flying Pigeon, and Grasshopper, with clear progressions and options offered throughout so all levels are welcome and supported.
This session is fully open to beginners and those newer to inversion practice.
