We are so proud that Outward staff have won in this category, and we’re overall incredibly proud that 3 of our staff were finalists - Thabo, Oana, and Loretta. You have all done brilliantly, and we are so proud of everything you have achieved. 💙✨

🏊‍♀️ Another staff member doing incredible things for the people we support 🏊‍♀️

Joanna, one of our support workers at Primrose Road, is taking on a swimming marathon to raise money for a special overnight trip to Regent’s Park Zoo for our residents. 🦁

Many of the people we support have never had the chance to stay at the zoo lodge, and your donation can help them experience this for the first time and make invaluable life memories. 💙

Joanna will be swimming on 7th June 2026 .

Together our individual actions build a movement for good mental health. Find a positive action that works for you.

Taking time to move your body, getting outside, staying connected with others, and allowing yourself moments to rest can all help improve how you feel day to day. Checking in with yourself, being kind to your mind, and reaching out for support when you need it are positive steps worth taking.

Food Lovers Holiday and wow- what a tasty week it was! 😋🍽️

We kicked things off with an arts & crafts workshop, followed by a fun touch, taste and smell quiz, where guests had to guess food items using only their senses. 🎨👃👅👂
On Tuesday, it was time to get our hands dirty planting seedlings before switching gears to prep for the big “Come Dine With Me”–style competition. 🌱👩‍🍳 Guests split into teams—starters, mains and desserts—all leading up to Thursday night’s showdown. 🍲🍰🥗
Our midweek day trip took us to Middle Farm, where guests met some animals, enjoyed lunch out, and wrapped up the day with our much‑loved karaoke night. 🐄🎤

Thursday brought a visit from Bel and the Forest School, before the week ended on a high with the final cook‑off. The winning dish? A show‑stopping homemade ice cream, made completely from scratch! 🍨🏆
A truly delicious week- perfect for anyone who loves cooking, creating, and of course… eating great food! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳❤️

Huge thanks to all the staff who helped make this happen — your energy and support made the week unforgettable. 🙌👏

Blackland Farm, where we take our guests for archery during our supported holidays for an activity breaks, is once again hosting their fantastic abseiling event!! For another year, they have kindly chosen to support us as their charity, helping to raise vital funds for our cause while showcasing their amazing outdoor centre.
