It’s always so great to hear how my classes help parents at home with their baby. Slow mornings, gentle movement, and time to connect with your baby — our new courses are now open for booking.

Our six‑week Baby Massage and Baby Yoga programmes begin mid‑May, both running weekly from 11:00–12:00. Each course is £85 and designed to support bonding, relaxation, and your baby’s development.

We’re also hosting a cosy Baby Sleep Q&A on Tuesday 19 May, 2:00–2:45PM — a supportive space to ask questions and gain practical, reassuring tips. The session is £20.

Northcote Baby is coming to Dulwich

I’m so excited to bring my much‑loved Baby Massage and Baby Yoga courses to local families in the Dulwich/surrounding areas — a gentle space to slow down, connect, and truly enjoy this precious stage with your little one.

Each class is thoughtfully structured with:

30 minutes of guided instruction

30 minutes of relaxed social time with refreshments (all included)

My courses will be held in the beautiful Plough Bar and Restaurant on Lordship Lane

Baby Massage is suitable from birth, and over six weeks you’ll learn a full massage routine alongside practical tips, winding ‘gems’, and soothing/settling holds that help calm your baby and build your confidence. These are skills you can use every day to support bonding, sleep, digestion, and emotional connection.

It’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, meet other local parents, and enjoy a moment of calm in your week — just you and your baby.
