Over time, the nervous system can become so used to stress, overthinking, and anxiety that even slowing down begins to feel unfamiliar.
At my next Energy Medicine session, we’ll be exploring Anchoring & Stability - learning how breath, awareness, and embodied practices can help create greater grounding, nervous system regulation, and conscious participation in everyday life.
I’m Victoria, a Soul Path Guide and Energy Codes facilitator, working with the body’s subtle energy field to help people come out of mental overwhelm, reconnect with themselves, and find a steadier sense of direction - especially during times of change.
