Okay, so Day 1 of the journal asks you to drop the "I'm fine" and actually answer the question. like, the real answer. the one you'd whisper to someone at 11pm when your guard is completely down.
I need you to understand that question alone hit me before I even finished reading it. because I could not remember the last time I answered "how are you" honestly to anyone, including myself.
That is what week 1 of Regulated does. it's called Awareness. and it's not about diagnosing yourself or making a list of everything wrong, it's about turning toward yourself long enough to see what is actually there.
