Meet the new additions to my facial kit!

This is our new, very sophisticated and tecchy review capturing tool...only joking! As with most things we find that simplicity is best and how we capture reviews at the studio is no different

Recently I read that AI searches prioritise making recommendations for websites that have lots of reviews (and good ones too). When you're a small business up against the online giants, that may make things tricky for us

We're lucky that we have amazing reviews and they are all from people who have genuinely used our products, had a treatment or come to a workshop with us but having more reviews gives us more chances to show up across the internet

So if you show us that you've reviewed us at the studio, you'll get a lucky dip in our sample box as a small thank you for sharing the love. We just started it this weekend and gained 10 new reviews in 2 days. We'll definitely keep this going. It's fun and great for our small business, not just for getting reviews but hearing first hand what's good but what could also be improved

I have a few slots left for August but then that's it, and this offer is not to be missed

Our 30 minute Holistic facials are just £30 (usually £50) when you book using the code PAMPER30 and you'll also have £10 to spend on products used in your facial on the day on products worth £35 or more

The treatment includes a luxurious double cleanse and a facial massage, giving you a restful ritual that feels far longer than half an hour!

I've been showcasing some of our smaller, more artisan brands in these treatments, so whilst they aren't bespoke like our longer treatments are, you are getting some of the finest most lovingly made skincare nature has to offer. It's been rewarding to see people falling in love with new products that they might not have discovered otherwise

Spot the difference!

These may all look like Lyonsleaf's bestselling Beauty balms but there's a small difference...

Vicky and Cathy have been hard at work formulating a new version that's made with beeswax. It's a slightly stiffer texture at first but with the same soft melt that just dissolves away make up and delivers a big dose of hydration for even the most sensitive skin

They've kept the original formula too so that you've still got a vegan friendly option

At the facial studio yesterday, I saw the first clients on our epic summer offer and created a simple, hydrating ritual using

We started with a cleanse using the cleansing balm, a blend of beeswax and non stripping oils to gently lift dirt away. I then did a slow, restorative face massage with the daily face serum which features upcycled raspberry seed oil before treating sun parched cheeks and lips with the moisturising balms

Throughout July and August, when you book a 30 minute facial using the code PAMPER30 you'll get your treatment for £30 (instead of the usual £50) AND £10 of your payment can be put towards products used in your ritual

I've been enjoying the opportunity to reconnect with customers who haven't visited us since we moved from Kings cross and spotlighting our brands and their skin routines. I hope to see you at the studio, but hurry, lots of slots are already gone and I'm only running this until the end of August

Playing around with the new lip shades from Barefaced was super fun! All really easy to apply and feel really comforting on the skin. I loved their old formulation but these are a serious upgrade with a great last and loads more bright colours available

Go steadier than I did if doubling up on the cheeks...I just went for it and was a bit heavy handed but actually turned out not too bad

There are tonnes more shades, especially in the lip glosses so do come and have a try!
