We have a new therapist offering some new therapies!

Welcome Fiona Le Vien, a very experienced therapist who will be offering:

* Alexander Technique 1-2-1 sessions
* Thai Yoga Massage 60 and 90 min sessions
* Sports/Remedial Massage 60 and 90 min sessions
* Deep Tissue Massage 60 and 90 min sessions
* Pregnancy Massage

Fiona has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1997, trained in Thai Yoga Massage with Kira Balaskas in 2003, and gained her BTEC in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage in 2009! 💪🤩

Join us for our 8 week mindfulness course ‘modern life, mindful living’ in January - still some places left.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) is an evidence based Skills course (not group therapy). It will help you to:

* Find calmness and emotional resilience
* Restore purpose and balance in your life
* Replace self-criticism with self compassion
* Build gratitude, contentment and appreciation into your daily life
* Break free from bad habits and repetitive cycles
* Create a consistent and effective self care routine
* Have support from experienced and fully qualified BABCP psychotherapists

How it works:

* We meet as a group of up to twelve people (plus your two teachers) every Friday afternoon at the Studio (except on half term break on 16th February)
* At the start you’ll receive all course materials, including session summaries and home practice tasks
* Home practice involves up to 30 minutes of daily meditation with weekly audio recordings provided

Today no appointments remaining, but tomorrow space with Mayumi (Massage and Reflexology) and Yvonne (Acupuncture, Sports/Remedial and Pregnancy Massage); we do get very busy this time of year, so dont leave it to the last minute to book in as we might not be able to accommodate!

Most of our therapists finish on Saturday 23rd December, we will be running a skeleton crew for emergency sessions in the week between Christmas and New Year.
