As soon as I left school I embarked on my career in Social Work as I knew from a very young age I wanted to help others. I loved it and found it extremely rewarding and obviously very challenging at times. Many years later I was married and followed my husband to Sydney became an old

er mum and somewhere along the line lost my own identity, always putting others needs before my own and not putting in the boundaries I should have. Now a single mum of teenagers I am living my best life because I found Belief coding ® and used it to reflect, heal and then transform
I now offer this, my life skills and experience and coaching skills to help people delve into their subconscious to find their triggers and blocks and bring about the transformation they need in their lives too. Life is too short not to be living it the best way you can! Belief coding can be used for any of those 'Icky feelings' you get in your body, the warning signs that we are not happy, worried, angry, sad, unwell, feel restricted, etc etc, these feeling can relate to any part of our life and well being and finding the root cause and changing it, is truly transformational!

Many of us spend years stuck in stress, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional patterns or simply feeling disconnected from ourselves without fully understanding why.

This welcoming workshop offers a safe and supportive space to begin exploring the connection between the mind, body and emotions.

Through guided reflection, nervous system awareness and gentle experiential exercises, you’ll gain insight into how emotions can become held within the body and how creating safety within ourselves can support healing, clarity and change.

What if the thing you’ve been searching for isn’t outside of you at all?

I hope through these reels you’ve started to see a different way of understanding what’s been happening for you.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS ALREADY WITHIN YOU! It’s just buried beneath patterns, noise. Repetition, health issues, and fears that keep pulling you back to the same place.
The same patterns.
The same reactions.
The same stuck feeling even though you really do know what to do….

This is where we begin.

We uncover the beliefs, patterns and behaviours running underneath it all and start to connect the dots.
Because when you see what’s been driving things it all makes sense….

Then we go deeper.

Into the felt sense…
The lump in your throat. The tight chest. The stomach flip.

Because when you feel safe we can finally move it and heal it.

It’s gentle.
It’s powerful.
It’s an ongoing unfolding… and those lightbulb moments change everything.

It gives you the understanding and the tools and most importantly, it gives you back that sense of trust in yourself

This is happening automatically…

That feeling in your body,
the lump in your throat,
the flip in your stomach,
the tingling, the tightness, the almost “something’s not right” feeling…

That’s not random.

That’s your system responding.

And it happens before you’ve even had time to think.

Which is why no amount of logic, reassurance, or “just think positively” really shifts it.

Because you’re trying to override something that isn’t coming from your thoughts…
it’s coming from your ‘felt sense’.

The body remembers.
The body responds.
And then the mind tries to make sense of it afterwards.

So if the feeling stays the same…
the behaviour usually does too.

This is the part I work with.

Gently bringing awareness to what’s being held in the body, so it can start to shift, not by force, but by actually allowing the system to update.

It’s interesting, it’s powerful… and for a lot of people, it’s a bit of a lightbulb moment. ❤️

It’s not just what we’ve been through
it’s what stayed unprocessed that shapes us.

Every experience we have is stored not just as a memory, but with an emotional charge. And the brain is wired to hold onto the negative more than the positive, it’s how we’ve learned to stay safe.

And this is where the subconscious comes in.

Around 95% of how we think, feel, and behave is driven by the subconscious, by patterns, memories, and emotional responses that sit beneath our awareness.

So when you find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand…
overthinking…
holding back…
feeling anxious in situations that never used to affect you…

it’s not random.

It’s your system responding from what it already knows.

And that’s why just “thinking differently” often isn’t enough.

Because the body is still holding the memory.
The felt sense is still there.

When we start to work at that level, gently, safely
those patterns begin to shift.

Most of the beliefs that shape how we see ourselves… aren’t ones we consciously chose and are stored in our unconscious

They’re formed over time through experiences, conversations, environments, and moments where something felt significant enough for the mind and body to hold onto.

Often without us realising, they become the quiet narrative in the background:
“I’m not ready”
“I’m not confident”
“I can’t handle that”
“I’ve got to be strong”
“Money is scarce”
“You have to work hard”

And from there, they don’t just sit as thoughts…
they influence how we feel, how we respond, our behaviour and the choices we make.

But once a belief is identified, it can be questioned.
And once it’s questioned, it can start to shift.

Because not all beliefs are true and some of them are limiting us and keeping us in patterns that can cause us pain and sadness.

Gently bringing awareness to those patterns especially the ones that no longer serve you is the starting point of where real change begins. ❤️

This isn’t about rejecting medical approaches.

It’s about expanding the options.

Because sometimes, what looks like anxiety…
is actually a completely human response that just needs the right kind of support to move through.

And when that happens, people don’t just feel “less anxious.”

They feel like themselves again.
