Some evenings leave you with more than memories... they leave you feeling lighter. Tonight was one of those evenings. Outside in nature with of open hearts, honest conversations, reflections and women choosing themselves with intention.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who shared their energy and made The Inner Blueprint exactly what it was.

This was me in 2018.

About to leave a job I'd been in for 10 years.

No real plan.
No blueprint.
No guarantee that it would all work out.
I just knew I wanted to be more intentional with my life.

That one decision became YouTube.
Then open mic nights.
Then Sister Circles.
Then mentoring.
Which created a life that actually feels like me.

Looking back, I realise none of it happened because I suddenly became fearless.
It happened because I stopped waiting for the "perfect time" and started taking one intentional step at a time.
And don't get me wrong... life has definitely thrown a few curveballs! 👀😩😅
But here's what I've learnt, when you're living intentionally, those curveballs don't disappear they just become a little easier to straighten out.

Why?
Because consistency gives you confidence.
Every small step reminds you that you've overcome challenges before, and you'll do it again.

We spend so much time waiting for the stars to align, when really, our lives change because we decide to align with what matters most.
So if there's something that's been sitting on your heart I say do it!

Launch the idea
Start the business.
Go to the class.
Record the video
Apply for the opportunity.

It doesn't have to be perfect
It just has to be intentional.
Because one day you'll look back at a photo like this and realise that the life you're grateful for today didn't begin with one giant leap
It began with one small decision to stop settling and start choosing yourself.

Be intentional.
Stay consistent.
Trust the process.
The rest has a funny way of catching up. ☺️

"How do you do it all?"

It's probably one of the questions I get asked the most.

Motherhood, running a business, planning sister circles, mentoring, showing up for and still trying to show up for myself.

The truth is, I don't always get it right. Some days flow beautifully and some days I have to give myself a lot of grace.

But one thing that has made the biggest difference is creating a routine!

Waking up a little earlier.
Giving myself quiet time before the world wakes up, going to bed earlier.
Looking after my mind before I start pouring into everyone else.

And every week, making time to pour back into myself too whether that's a gym session, a spa day, or simply doing nothing at all.

It doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be consistent.
It has to become a non-negotiable!!!

So if I could leave you with one thing today, it would be this...
Create a routine that pours into you first.

Everything else then becomes a little easier to hold and a little easier to manage. ☺️💫

We wrapped up the day with our hearts full!

Together, we created something really beautiful and it's just another reminder of how special it is to simply come together.

I'm so grateful to every sister who shared this moment with us.
