Most bone health conversations are the same. Calcium, vitamin D, lift heavier weights, jump daily. Those all matter, but they are just a piece of a much bigger picture that most women never get shown.
I've spent 18+ years teaching movement, I have a degree in physical therapy, and for the last 4+ years I've gone deep into circadian biology, quantum health, neurology, and the ancient systems that modern science is only just catching up to —and I can tell you the missing piece is always the same.
Your body is not just a structural system. It is a neurological one. A seasonal one. Bone building is influenced by whether your nervous system feels safe, whether your brain is receiving clear sensory input, and whether the timing of your biology is actually aligned with the season you are in.
Spring is a biological window. The light is shifting, your hormonal signalling is ramping up, and your body's bone-building capacity is preparing to peak. What you do right now determines whether your body can actually use that window.
Most women walk straight through it every year — eating well, lifting heavy, taking the supplements — and wondering why it's not enough.
This series is my attempt to change that.

DM me "SPRING" for a free spring bone-building briefing — what I stack every spring, when to do it, how to combine it, and why timing matters as much as the action itself — plus a walking meditation to support nervous system regulation and bone-building signals at the same time.
If you want personalised 1:1 support this spring, DM me BONES. I have 4 spots open in May. 🌿
