You never really know where life is going to take you. There’s something so special about this simple practice, gentle conscious breathing. Maybe actually the most profound part of Breathwork Mastery is not the breathing mechanisms, it’s actually that it helps us to keep on getting clearer and clearer about how we want life to be. What are your longings? Sometimes we long to live somewhere else but often we long for connection to ourselves and others. I would love to hear what intentions you are dreaming into. What would you love life to be like?

It’s so engrained in us that calm is better- I often find i’m expecting it of myself. I think oh gosh why am I so anxious or why am I so triggered. Breathwork Mastery has taught me again and again- through practice and through life - that I am actually more flexible and I don’t stay stuck in dysregulation in the ways I used to. It’s shown me that I can be safe with my emotions. I can lean into them and actually I want to feel and to be fully present to this One Luscious Life and all the emotions that are part of being human. Do you ever get stuck beating yourself up for not being calm all the time? I would love to hear your experiences with this….

Do you have things that just stop you in your tracks? For me it’s nature, art, music. They just pop me out of myself even in times when I feel buried in the hard stuff of life. - This week during INBecoming - the 4 session over two weeks breathwork container - We have been exploring how it is that we can keep LIVING even through the ups and downs of conscious living. Even as we get these moments of contraction when we feel really in the harder parts of this being human. I’m fascinated by how we can move through these with more ease. I’d love to hear what keeps you grounded and connected to a sense of the bigger picture.

Being self sufficient is so often rewarded but the cost of it can be massive. Many of us have learnt to keep going even on the edge of burnout and we feel this weight on our shoulders we have to do it alone. I absolutely love RBMbreathwork what it’s unlocked for me and so many others is the opportunity to step into self mastery and part of that can mean we get to create the support and community we want. Anyone else felt this? Anyone else want to step out of feeling exhausted by constant feeling that you have to do it all and hold it all alone?

Just wanted to share a moment of joy with you all. Feeling the frequency of the land around me and also feeling so excited about the container I’ve been planning and the days running up to it. Feeling also deep in the frequency of breathwork. I so love this work and it’s just such a joy to be energetically tuning into it all. There are still spaces left. Check out the link in the bio if you want to join us. X🦠🌿🌳🌱

I am so excited to share this. ✨
I just want us to have this really supported space to be with whatever we're going through, and to get in touch with our creative power to choose, even in times of challenge.
To get deeply in touch with how we would prefer life to be. And to move our nervous systems toward making that possible.
That's what INBecoming is.
Two weekends in August. Five people. Held by myself, Verushka and Santhiya.
1st, 2nd, 15th & 16th August
9am UK / 10am SAST / 6pm AEST
£350 for the full journey
Link in bio to register — or message me, I'd love to hear where you are.

It took me years to make the leap even after I’d heard people speak about how body work shifted more than talking ever could.

I’ve been so fortunate to witness and experience for myself the absolute transformation that comes from people who get supported enough and safe enough to meet the sensations in their bodies. Who move out of the over analyzing and allow themselves to feel their way through.

Breathwork Mastery has given me a faith in the power of the body and the flexibility of the nervous system. It really has to be experienced to be known. Message me if you want to know more

Honestly I love this element of Breathwork Mastery. The way that you can just be where ever you are at and not be fighting what ever is present in the moment.

Do you have busy mind? Does a practice where you don’t have to fight it sound appealing? Would love to hear your experiences of any body based practices the ones that worked and the ones that felt like a battle.

”The only way to make sense out of change is to …join the dance” (Alan Watts) -

You haven’t arrived yet!? …

Maybe you are like me… even though you know that life is this constantly unfolding process that you are never fully complete with, you still have this secret wish for it to be all over. I think sometimes it’s that we don’t allow ourselves to ‘join the dance’ as Alan Watts states.

Maybe it’s the allowing ourselves to be in it and letting go of the need to get through it all. For me breathwork is the tool that allows me to actually meet the messiness of life. The unexpected turns. I can’t say meeting the grief has been easy, but I’ve done it because I’ve had the support of my body my breath and a community of breathwork facilitators who could be with me in it. In RBM Breathwork there is no pressure to be done to get over it to arrive. There really is this space to be with it to face it and to feel it with gentleness allowing it to be processed. It’s only in the feeling it all that I’ve found the love at the heart of grief the joy and the momentum to keep deeply living.

You don’t have to keep working on yourself. It’s tiring. There’s no end. But worse its has this quiet way of stealing your sense of self. Most of us only have an inner voice or ways of rejecting who we are. That’s how we learnt to change. It can be so hard wired that we barely notice we are doing it. The only process I’ve ever experienced that truly unwires this constant pressure to be ‘better’ is breathwork because it works at the level of the body, it gets past the parts of us that want to figure it all out by just working harder. When we learn to be with our selves while gently consciously breathing. It’s a simple method with profound results. You are magnificent and I really want all of us leaders, self development hustlers, conscious parents, and creatives to feel it in our bones just how powerful and beautiful we are. For anyone who this resonates with that wants to go deeper I’m going to be sharing an offering soon. So watch this space x
