In Chinese medicine, the Heart is more than circulation.
It houses the Shen — the mind, spirit, and emotional presence.

When the Heart is calm, we feel settled.

When it’s disturbed, we may feel anxious, restless, or unable to fully switch off.

Heart points don’t suppress emotion.
They help regulate it.

They support feeling — without overwhelm.
Simple, gentle stimulation can go a long way.

Save this for moments when things feel a little too much 🤍

In Chinese medicine, the Liver is not just an organ — it’s a system of movement, rhythm, and direction.

It regulates the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.
It supports digestion, menstrual health, emotional balance, and physical flexibility.

When it’s balanced, we feel clear and adaptable.
When it’s not, we feel tension — physically or emotionally.

This is why stress often shows up in the body.
Understanding the Liver changes how we understand frustration, pain, and cycles.

Not everything is random.
Patterns tell a story.

Frustration isn’t just an emotion — in Chinese medicine, it’s often a sign that something isn’t moving as it should.

It can show up physically as tension, tightness, or digestive discomfort.

Or emotionally as irritability, impatience, or feeling stuck.

The Liver governs movement.
When that movement is constrained, frustration builds.
The goal isn’t to suppress it.
It’s to understand what it’s asking for.
Movement, expression, change.

Save this if you’re learning to listen to your emotions differently 🌿

Studying acupuncture? 🪡

To my fellow students of Chinese Medicine, I’d like to share some needling tips especially if you are just at the beginning of this journey. Acupuncture involves both theory and practice.

To master the practice, finger training is essential ✌️.

Here’s a tip I’d like to share. If you have any, please share; if you’d like to know more, comment down below. 👇

Chinese medicine doesn’t start with symptoms— it starts with balance.

Qi is about movement and function.
Blood is about nourishment and grounding.
Fluids keep everything soft, moist and flowing.

When these 3 work together, the body feels supported.

Save this if Chinese medicine ever felt complicated — it really doesn't have to be. 🤓

🌱Spring can stir up heat and stress in the body—which often shows up… on your skin.

Welcome back to episode 2 of my Spring Acupoint Series.

Co-11 – Qūchí helps cool things down.

This point is wonderful for:🔥 Clearing heat✨ Easing rashes, acne, or eczema🌸 Detoxing the skin from the inside.

Located at the outer bend of your elbow, it’s easy to press throughout the day.

A little pressure here = a little more peace in your skin.

There’s a reason why foot soaking in hot water has been a cultural and medical tradition in many cultures.

Regular foot soaking at night can help:
- Warm always cold feet
- Reduce abdominal cramping
- Reduce water retention
- Remove Cold from our internal body

And more! 🌸

It is not only a useful natural remedy but also feels super nice. It’s simple foot care. 😉

Try it for a couple weeks and see how you feel.

Comment down below how this helps you.
