When pain is always there, and people ask you: how are you? And you say: oh I am great, I feel great!
And they think you had no pain in that moment…
It is ok, they don’t need to know, they don’t need to understand…
Some time ago, I used to feel I was lying, but with time I accepted that I am feeling great, it is not great in their point of view or judgement but it is MY GREAT! I don’t have to tell them or explain that my great is with pain in all my joints and brain-fog and IBS issues on a daily basis.
Sometimes I feel fudging FANTASTIC because I have no migraine on that day or I feel less bloated…
My way of feeling amazing is different but it is still amazing! ☺️

Streching is a challenge.
Don’t know about you guys but I hot hurt and lost part of my mobility from not knowing my stretching limits. So, be careful. Stretching is important but know your limits.
Also, morning/ lazy stretch is dangerous for me. I dislocate something in my neck many times from this. I think it is the tendon. Anyway. I hope you guys are able to find your limits and challenge the slowly not to gee hurt.
