Happy New Month & Mid Year Queens 👸🏾 🤩

I didn’t want to be in the gym today. But I knew I needed to be. And I felt so much better after.
So of course I took a post workout selfie!
That’s the thing about showing up you don’t have to feel motivated to make progress.

3 top tips to start the new month and mid-year strong 💪🏾✨

1. Reset your focus.
Check in with yourself, what do you want more of this month? More energy, more consistency, more peace? Get clear on what matters.

2. Keep your goals simple.
You don’t need a full life overhaul. Choose 1–3 small habits you can actually stick to, and build from there.

3. Show up before you feel ready.
Momentum comes from action. Don’t wait for perfect motivation, start where you are, with what you have, and keep going.
