You’ll begin with an energising fitness flow to build strength, boost circulation, and gently shake off any lingering heaviness. As your body opens and your energy rises, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative gong bath - an immersive sound experience that invites you to fully let go.

​Allow the vibrations to clear mental fog, release built-up tension, and bring your nervous system back into balance. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, move, breathe, and be held in a calm, supportive environment alongside other women.

Ready to move? Whether you’re rebuilding, sculpting, or setting good intentions for the week ahead, there’s a space for you. Here’s what the week looks like:

• MONDAY: Mum Club (10:30am) 🍼
Postpartum-specific strength. We focus on core, pelvic floor, and functional movement in a space where babies are always welcome.
• TUESDAY: Strength & Sculpt (5:30pm) 🛠️
Intentional lifting to build muscle and bulletproof your joints. Slow, controlled, and effective.
• SUNDAY: Solid Sundays (9:30am) 💪🏼 (NEW CLASS)
Our 45-minute circuit-based ritual. High energy, garden vibes (with an indoor backup plan), and the best way to kick off your week.

Showing her that movement can be fun. Movement can mean community, self-care, self-worth, self-respect. It’s normal and hard and tedious sometimes but she can do hard things. It’s what keeps us capable, make’s us resilient and energised.
That being strong is much more important than what society think’s her body should look like or do.
That she’s in control of her actions, that she’s capable, that she CAN. ❤️

Join us for the Bloom & Build pregnancy series ✨

A supportive, welcoming space to move, learn, and prepare for birth. The sessions combine safe, guided strength training with pre & postnatal PT Xenia and holistic birth prep with Birth Doula Ellie.

As a mum and Pre/Postnatal Strength Specialist, Xenia is dedicated to stripping away the ‘all-or-nothing’ pressure of fitness. She empowers women to build a resilient body for birth and beyond, prioritising effective movement without sacrificing self-compassion.

Ellie is a doula, pregnancy nutrition consultant, and mum, dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy and labour so they feel calm, confident, and truly held as they birth their baby, their way. She helps women quiet the noise, trust their instincts, and feel grounded and secure as they move through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Through a series of 4 curated sessions, you will feel confident working out during pregnancy (without the anxiety), while learning about the path to birth, pain management and more, so you feel strong, informed and empowered.

I love food far too much to ever settle for “boring” or “restrictive.” My philosophy as a PT is that your nutrition should support your life, not complicate it. 🤍
