Tamara Donn - Transformation For Women

Tamara Donn - Transformation For Women For mums who struggle with the juggle of too much to do in too little time. Tamara's book, Frazzled Is there more to life than this?
(1)

Is there never enough time in the day? Are past traumas affecting your present? Are you stressed/suffer from anxiety or panic? Would you like to experience more peace and calm? Are fears holding you back from being your true self? Do you experience physical conditions with no physical cause? If the answer is “yes” to any of these, you are in the right place. I gently and safely lead women to the e

dge of possibility, creating an opportunity for them to infuse the trust and courage necessary to take a leap from what they know to discover their infinite potentiality. From stress and anxiety to peace
From victim to power
From anger to acceptance
From resentment to forgiveness
From period pain to period power
From maiden to pregnancy to birth to motherhood

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques/ Tapping) is a powerful, easy to learn tool that can be used to release fears about the future, past traumas, upsets, blocks and so much more, as well as helping with physical symptoms such as pain. I offer workshops and one-to-one EFT treatments face to face or over the phone or by Skype anywhere in the world. This is also an opportunity to learn the basics so you can use it at home. My book, Frazzled to Fabulous in 5 Minutes a Day, won the 2021 Janey Lee Grace Platinum Award. Its a book for stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted mums who want to regain their calm, enjoy their kids and get more done.

Thinking about training in EFT?

Choosing a training course is a big decision. You’re not just investing in a qualification — you’re investing in the skills, confidence, and support that will shape your practice for years to come.

That’s why we’re so grateful to hear feedback like this from Louise.

One of the things we aim to create is an experience where every element has been carefully considered — from the training itself, to the support available, to the environment you learn in.

But perhaps the most important thing you can bring with you is an open mind.

✨ Be open to learning.

✨ Be open to new perspectives.

✨ Be open to your own experience of the process.

Because the more willing you are to engage with the work, the more you’ll take away from it — both professionally and personally.

Thank you, Louise, for sharing your experience with us 💛

"I can't get this wrong."

Have you ever felt that pressure?

The pressure to make the right decision.

To perform well.

To not make mistakes.

To hold everything together.

In this EFT tapping session, what initially seemed like stress about a major work event revealed something much deeper…

💭 The fear of getting it wrong.

💭 Self-doubt.

💭 The pressure to be perfect.

As the tapping progressed, the intensity around the memory reduced dramatically, and an important realisation emerged: the real issue wasn't the event itself—it was the belief that she had to get everything right.

This is why EFT can be so powerful.

Often, the stress we feel today isn't just about what's happening around us. It's about the meaning we're giving it and the pressure we're carrying inside.

If you've ever struggled with perfectionism, workplace anxiety, imposter syndrome, or the feeling that there's "too much riding on you," this video is for you.

EFT for Chronic Pain: More Than Pain Relief

Living with chronic pain affects far more than the body. It can impact mood, stress levels, confidence, daily activities, and overall wellbeing.

This study explored the effects of a 4-hour intensive EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) workshop for adults living with chronic pain - and the results were still evident more than 6 months later.

Participants experienced:

⬇️ Pain severity reduced by 12.04%

⬇️ Impact of pain reduced by 17.62%

⬇️ Overall psychological distress reduced by 17.62%

⬇️ Anxiety reduced by 41.69%

⬇️ Depression reduced by 29.86%

⬇️ Stress reduced by 38.48%

Perhaps most strikingly, these improvements were maintained at follow-up over six months later.

What this highlights:

Chronic pain isn't only a physical experience. When emotional stress, anxiety, and psychological distress are addressed alongside physical symptoms, meaningful and lasting improvements can occur.

🌿 Aromatherapy Awareness Week – Day 5: Relaxation 🌿

If you're waiting until everything on your to-do list is finished before you relax, you might be waiting a very long time!

One of the biggest lessons I've learned—both as an aromatherapist and through years of teaching EFT—is that relaxation doesn't have to be something we earn after we've done everything.

Sometimes we simply need a small pause.

A few mindful breaths.

A moment in the garden.

A favourite essential oil blend.

Five minutes of tapping.

Today's featured blend is Neal's Yard Remedies Relaxation Remedies to Roll.

The comforting combination of lavender, bergamot and frankincense creates a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

A simple 5-minute reset:

* Apply the Relaxation Remedies to Roll to your wrists or fingertips.

* Tap gently while noticing where you're holding tension in your body.

* Take a few slow breaths and allow yourself permission to soften.

You don't need a spa day, a retreat or a weekend away to support your wellbeing.

Sometimes the smallest actions create the biggest shifts.

That's the philosophy behind my book Frazzled to Fabulous in 5 Minutes a Day, and it's one of the reasons I love combining EFT with aromatherapy.

📚 Aromatherapy Awareness Week – Day 4: Focus

With so many distractions in our lives (usually from our phones!), its hard to stay focused.

Whether you're preparing for an exam, writing a report, studying for a professional qualification, creating a presentation, learning a new skill, or simply trying to concentrate on an important project, focus can sometimes feel elusive.

As a former aromatherapist, I've always been fascinated by how scent can influence our state of mind. Today, as an EFT practitioner and trainer, I often combine aromatherapy with tapping to help create the conditions for greater calm, clarity and concentration.

Today's featured blend is Neal's Yard Remedies Study Remedies to Roll.

With stimulating clove, uplifting orange and clarifying rosemary, it's designed to help you feel refreshed, focused and ready for the task ahead.

My focus-boosting ritual:

* Apply the Study Remedies to Roll to your wrists or fingertips.

* Spend a few minutes tapping on any overwhelm, procrastination or mental clutter.

* Then turn your attention to the task in front of you.

It's amazing how often we don't have a focus problem—we have a stress problem. When we calm the nervous system first, concentration often follows naturally.

🌙 Aromatherapy Awareness Week – Day 3: Night Time 🌙

One of the most common things I hear from clients isn't:

"I can't sleep."

It's:

"I can't switch off."

You finally get into bed and your brain decides it's the perfect time to replay conversations, solve tomorrow's problems and remember every unfinished task.

Sound familiar?

As both an EFT practitioner and former aromatherapist, I've found that combining scent and tapping can be a wonderful way to create a calming bedtime ritual.

Today's featured blend is Neal's Yard Remedies Night Time Remedies to Roll.

The soothing aromas of neroli, rose and Roman chamomile help create a sense of calm and relaxation before bed.

A simple evening ritual:

* Apply the Night Time Remedies to Roll to your wrists or fingertips.

* Tap gently on the EFT points while focusing on letting go of the day.

* Give yourself permission to rest.

🌿 Aromatherapy Awareness Week – Day 2: Meditation 🌿

One of the biggest myths about meditation is that you're supposed to stop thinking.

If only it were that easy!

Many people tell me they try meditation but end up getting frustrated because their minds are busy, distracted or full of to-do lists.

That's one reason I love combining aromatherapy with EFT Tapping.

A few calming breaths, a soothing scent and some gentle tapping can help create the conditions for mindfulness rather than trying to force yourself to feel calm.

Today I'm featuring Neal's Yard Remedies Meditation Remedies to Roll.

With frankincense, vetiver and sandalwood, it's a beautiful blend to support moments of stillness and reflection throughout the day.

Try this:

* Apply the Meditation Remedies to Roll to your wrists or fingertips.

* Follow a short tapping meditation.

* Focus on the aroma as you tap and breathe.

Remember, mindfulness doesn't have to take an hour. A few intentional minutes can make a difference.

🌸 Aromatherapy Awareness Week – Day 1: Women's Balance 🌸

Many people know me as an EFT practitioner and trainer, but before I discovered EFT, I trained and worked as an aromatherapist.

What fascinated me then—and still fascinates me now—is how quickly scent can influence how we feel.

Long before I was teaching people to tap on acupressure points, I was helping women use essential oils to create moments of calm, comfort and emotional support during life's transitions.

That's why I love combining EFT Tapping with Neal's Yard Remedies Women's Balance Remedies to Roll.

This beautiful blend of patchouli, geranium, rose and frankincense is designed to help create a sense of balance and wellbeing when emotions feel a little up and down.

I often suggest combining aromatherapy with tapping because they work in different but complementary ways. Aromatherapy engages the senses, while EFT helps calm the nervous system and process emotions.

My simple ritual:

1. Apply the Women's Balance Remedies to Roll to your wrists or fingertips.

2. Spend a few minutes tapping while focusing on how you're feeling right now.

3. Notice the scent, your breathing, and any shifts in your body.

You don't need an hour. Sometimes five minutes is enough to help you feel more grounded and centred.

If you're navigating menopause and would like to try tapping, here's one of my guided EFT videos: https://youtu.be/YHPTL5ZBkjM

This part wasn’t even about the pain she brought to the EFT session.

It was about how differently she experienced the world afterwards.

The same busy London.

The same crowded stations.

The same journey.

But instead of overwhelm…

She felt calm. Light. Peaceful.

“It felt like everything was happening around me… and I was just floating.”

When the nervous system settles, you feel it in every part of life.

Watch the full video to hear the full story - it’s a beautiful reminder of what’s possible.
