An hour under the beautiful tree, by the lake, grounding on the grass while receiving the most healing frequencies from the Alchemy Quartz Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Ocean Drum & Wind Chimes.
It will be beautiful hearing the water as you lay there, you will leave feeling rested, calmer & ready for your beautiful Sunday 🤍

Bring a yoga mat or something comfy to lay on & water, I provide blankets & eye masks.

Hope everyone is keeping well 🤍

I’ve been quiet on here lately with rebranding BeLYF & some other things, but It was time for a renewal, what goes on inside filters outside eventually - the last 6 months there’s been so much change in my life, it’s time for everything to be upgraded - the website being one of them 🤍

It’s easy to navigate, easy to book events through, easier to contact me through - making life easier as much as possible 😂

I’m bringing all parts of the business onto this instagram, corporate won’t be separate now, only my products.

The shop will be live from Sunday for products & the updated photo gallery will be added then too.

1-2-1 Bobinsana & Blue Lotus Dieta & Integration 🌸

I started a plant dieta on 30th June & finished 11th July.
I’m still integrating everything that came up for the last 2 weeks so I’ve barely been on social media.

During the 11 day dieta a lot was going on in the physical world - my daughter turned 17, I held my yearly sound event at Castle Farm, worked full time, attended family events & faced some buried wounds that I’d been carrying for 25 + years - it was a full on period.

Integration isn’t talked about enough but it’s actually where some of the deepest work lies.
The last 2 weeks I’ve been submerged in nature at every opportunity - 6am wake ups & 2 hour walks before I started my day. Sitting against trees, listening to the wildlife, feeding them, grounding every inch of my body or Paddleboarding in the lakes in the evenings to connect with the water has been a goddess send.

The dieta felt like I was tying up loose ends & that’s what happened with the help of my beautiful friend Nancy & the plants 🤍

The depths we went to with Bobinsana & Blue Lotus for womb healing & self forgiveness was nothing I’d ever experienced in all my time working alongside any plant medicines plants 🌱

Single parenting is hard, the guilt can be heart wrenching, as mums we are so self critical, so hard on ourselves for not being enough or being in our masculine too much playing both roles. Finding balance and keeping it takes such work.

Nancy held our container in such a way I felt I could find my way back to myself with no judgment, no blame on others or myself, the deepest forgiveness & respect for myself & others.
By the time we finished I felt fully connected to the most sacred parts of my body 🤍

So grateful for all that you did & interpreted for me during that time whilst going through your own things.

You are a treasure in the medicine world Nancy & I’m grateful I am able to call you my friend & have a place I can come for counsel when I’m experiencing things I can barely explain 👁️ 🤍

I highly recommend for all her medicine offerings 🤍

🪻🪻🪻 Lavender Field Wellness Event 🪻🪻🪻

I’m so happy to announce I’ve been asked back to hold another event this year ✨

Last year was a perfect sold out event 🤍

The most beautiful setting with the most beautiful people & the most beautiful sounds 💜

Hiring out the whole field & playing sound with the birds & bees in the background is something else, the fields hold special memories for me so I’m truly grateful to be back 💜

I’m doing it a little different to last year.
Arrival 5.45pm, settle in, choose some tarot cards, we start prompt start at 6pm, no break in-between but you have 15/20m at the end to walk the fields & take pictures at your leisure.

This year I’ll be making a special product with from the lavender oil made from our ladybird field that you will be taking home with you 💜

It will be beautiful.
An evening of gentle movement, gentle breathwork & beautiful sounds created especially for you, to switch off and focus only on yourself for a while 🙏🏼💜

As always - yoga mats, eye masks & water will be provided, you just need to bring a little blanket for if it gets cool.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted the last couple of weeks, it’s been so busy..

I’ve got some brilliant events coming up for & my new business which I’ll post more about over the next few days.. my hands have been busy creating potions 🥰

I don’t really share much of my life outside of work, so here’s some snippets of loveliness in my life lately, I always forget to take pictures tbh..

The closest I’ve ever been to a rainbow 🌈 I was travelling back from up north & had to stop in the rain to picture it.. 😍
Spent time with my mum who I don’t see much of 🤍

I was gifted lovely flowers 🌷

I’ve been seeing beautiful clients for sound & energy healing - feel so blessed this work is part of my life.. 🙏🏼

I’ve been really focusing on my own spiritual practises & it makes such a difference in my life when I’m fully consistent 🧝🏻‍♀️

I’ve been at the beach a lot in my spare time recently, helps me process grief and ground back into my body .. if you can get to the water.. go - especially this weekend 🌊

Had my first ice cream of the year 🍦

Spent time with my beautiful friend , dancing, laughing & straightening each others crowns 👑

And I’ve started a hair journey at long last with after watching posts about them for about a year… I’ll post more in my stories over the weekend..
