Take a moment midweek to slow down

Join us for a Community Sound Bath as part of Wellness Wednesdays. A space to rest, reset, and be held in a shared, calming environment, while gently exploring more collective ways of supporting wellbeing.

Sound has been used across cultures for grounding, connection, and wellbeing in many different ways. This session offers a simple, accessible way to experience that together.

Sorry everyone, the venue had an emergency and isn’t available tonight, so the sound bath can’t go ahead as planned.

We’ve moved it to Saturday 11th April at 7:30pm at Mildmay Community Centre.
If you can’t make the new time, please let me know.
