I'm incredibly proud, grateful and excited for what's ahead.

Skipping meals can increase cravings.

Many women think eating less during the day will help with weight loss.

But often the opposite happens.

When you:
āŒ skip meals
āŒ stay busy all day
āŒ drink only coffee
āŒ ignore hunger signals

your body starts looking for quick energy later.

That’s why evenings often become:
šŸ‘‰ strong cravings
šŸ‘‰ emotional eating
šŸ‘‰ overeating
šŸ‘‰ ā€œI ruined my dayā€ thoughts

This is not about weakness.

It’s often your body trying to catch up after being under-fuelled for hours.

🄓It’s a response to stress, fatigue or emotional overload.

I was this weekend at two events where everyone talks about growth, success, building more…

And it made me think about something I see all the time.

You can be successful in life…
and still feel completely out of control with food.

Especially in the evening.

You manage everything during the day.
But when it comes to eating… it feels different.

Not because you don’t know what to do.

Because you’re tired.
Because you’re overwhelmed.
Because your brain is looking for relief.

And no one really teaches women how to deal with that part.

That’s why so many keep starting over again and again.

I’m currently putting together something simple to help calm emotional eating.
