i wanted to say a big welcome to all my new followers and introduce myself!

My name is Nyona🤍

I’m a HCPC registered physiotherapist working full time in the nhs, with a background in MSK and sports therapy since 2023 and massage therapy since 2019. i’m passionate about taking a holistic approach to physiotherapy, combining hands on treatment, exercise prescription and personalised advice to help you move and feel your best 💪🧘‍♀️

Alongside physiotherapy, I offer personal training, deep tissue, sports and holistic massage, pregnancy massage, and women’s health focused support, all with the aim of promoting relaxation alongside rehabilitation 🌿

I work from bromley and bexley, supporting people with pain, injury recovery, wellbeing, and movement confidence.
