The physical side of elite sport gets all the attention. The psychological load, pressure, fear of injury, identity often doesn't.

At TPP, we work at the intersection of sport and neuropsychology. Because understanding the brain is central to supporting the whole athlete.

Mental Health Awareness Week is a moment to reflect, not just on how common mental health challenges are, but on how differently they show up in each person.

At TPP, we approach mental health through a neuropsychological lens. That means understanding how the brain, lived experience, relationships, and background all shape how someone feels, functions, and recovers.

Because real care starts with really seeing someone.

To find out more about TPP's approach, visit the link in our bio.
