Part 2 — The Return Begins
There is a moment in every deep transformation where the body remembers itself…
and the person inside finally gives themselves permission to come alive again.
Not because I “fixed” anything.
Not because healing was forced.
But because his nervous system, identity and breath began to align again — and in that alignment, movement, speech, presence and selfhood re-emerged.
What you are witnessing here is not miracle hype, not performance, not a highlight reel.
It is:
the first spark of agency
the first “yes” from the body
the moment life says, “I am still here…”
I do not heal people.
I facilitate the internal conditions where the body, mind and memory are safe enough to return to themselves.
