你唔係「直覺準」。
你只係——太敏感?

好多自稱直覺強嘅人,
其實可能係對情緒過度反應。

HSP係接收過多,
直覺係刪走雜訊。

如果你成日被trigger,
嗰個未必係指引,可能只係情緒。

分唔清,人生就會一直判斷錯。

You may not be “intuitive.”
You may just highly sensitive.

A lot of people who claim strong intuition
are actually reacting to overstimulation.
