☁️ I saw this sky today and it made me think of the X-ray of my fractured wrist. Can you see the arm? I'm sure it's just clouds and not a visual representation just for me - but this made me think of how we project meaning onto the world. So we project our fears and doubts. Change needs to come from within and then we will project differently onto the world. Then we will live on a different place. Meditation really helps to calm the mind and what we then project.
