If you’ve been feeling forgetful, snapping at small things, or just generally on edge, you’re not losing it. You’re overwhelmed, carrying invisible responsibilities, and your nervous system is asking for support.

• Drop your shoulders
• Soften your jaw

Ever noticed how you can do something really good for yourself…
and then slowly drift away from it?
Mindfulness.
Exercise.
Rest.

You start with intention.
And then life gets busy again.

I see this all the time after people complete an Mindfulness Based Stress Reducction programme.
They feel calmer.
More aware.
More like themselves.

And then…
Work picks up.
Old habits creep back.
The pause disappears.

Not because it didn’t work.
But because life didn’t stop.
That’s exactly why I created something a little different.

Hey You, Underneath it all, the noise, the demands, the busyness, the spiralling thoughts there’s still you.
Your calm, clear, steady self.
The version of you that feels grounded instead of pulled in twenty directions.
She’s not gone. She’s not broken. She’s just… buried.Under the weight of the world you’re carrying. Under the responsibilities that never end. Under the mental load no one sees.

And here’s the truth I wish more women knew:
You don’t need to “find yourself.” You’re not lost. You’re right there, just covered in everyone else’s noise.
Think of it like brushing your teeth. You don’t brush once and expect to stay fresh forever. Life builds plaque. Our minds do too.

Stress, tension, overthinking, people-pleasing, guilt…It all layers on until we forget what our real calm feels like.

And the way back isn’t a grand life overhaul. It’s learning how to gently clear the buildup, moment by moment, while you live your actual life.

Most women say their biggest blocker is time. But what MBSR actually teaches is the opposite of adding more tasks.

It shows you how to weave awareness, calm, and nervous-system resets into the things you’re already doing:
☕ Making a cup of tea
🚿 Showering
🚗 Sitting in traffic
🧺 Doing the washing
💻 Moving between meetings
