Here’s a simple truth:
If you fix your food, you’ll fix 80 % of your health problems✍️

A 'Rainbow' 🌈 meal simply means filling your plate with different colours of fruits and vegetables (reds, oranges, yellows, greens, purples, and even whites).

Each colour represents different nutrients and antioxidants your body needs to heal, glow, and function properly.

• They make you more energetic.
• You're less bloated and moody.
• You get clearer skin and better sleep 😴
• Your brain will thank you...😃

📌Eat intentionally. Eat clourfully. It's an act of self-care that comes with practice. 💓

These supplements shouldn't be taken all at once: some in the morning, in the afternoon or evening.

❌️ Buying cheaper ones doesn’t mean it's better. (Be careful where you purchase them)

❌️ Confirm with your doctor the ones you absolutely need or don't need. You might be on other medications that may be affected.

❌️Drink at least 2-3L of water especially if on Magnesium or Collagen.

❌️ These supplements do not replace balanced diet.
.. don't forget to prioritize 7-8hrs of sleep (helps balance your hormones and repairs tissues).

So this is the season to really care for yourself:

☀️ Get as much morning light as you can. Open your blinds early or step outside for five minutes.

💧 Keep hydrated. We forget to drink water when it’s cold.

🥗 Eat nourishing foods with varying colours...veggies, fruits, omega-3FA, vitamin D.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Move your body. Even light walks help your brain produce happy hormones.

😴 And protect your sleep: same bedtime, same wake-up time.
