There comes a point where many women realise they have become exceptionally good at caring for everyone except themselves.

They carry the family calendar.

They remember the birthdays.

They check in on everyone else.

They keep things moving.

From the outside, life often looks successful. Inside, there can be a quiet longing for space. Not because anything is wrong. Simply because somewhere along the way, they stopped hearing their own voice.

EQUINOX was created for women like this.

Women who are ready to pause, reconnect and spend a few days investing in themselves with intention.

The response to our Spain retreat has been beautiful and we are so excited to be welcoming the first women into the EQUINOX experience.

A Thought That Stopped Me In My Tracks Today...

While planning EQUINOX, I found myself wondering something.

If your future self could send you a postcard from five years ahead...

Not a long letter.
Not a life plan.
Not a list of mistakes to avoid.

Just a few lines.

What would it say?

Would it tell you to stop worrying so much?

To trust yourself more?

To take the trip?

To have the difficult conversation?

To stop waiting for permission?

Or perhaps it would simply say:

*"The things keeping you awake at night right now won't matter as much as you think they will."*

💛 A Little Thought for Today...

I was sharing with a client a Japanese concept called Ikigai and I thought it would be nice to share here too!

It's often translated as "a reason for being" or "a reason to get up in the morning."

I love that it doesn't ask us what we do for a living.

It doesn't ask how much money we make.

It doesn't ask how successful we look to other people.

Instead, it gently asks:

✨ What do you love?
✨ What comes naturally to you?
✨ What makes you feel useful, connected or alive?

I think many of us spend years being who we need to be for everyone else.

The reliable one.
The strong one.
The helper.
The fixer.
The parent.
The partner.
The professional.

Then one day we realise we haven't stopped to ask ourselves what lights us up.
Not in a dramatic, "sell everything and move to Bali" kind of way. 😆

Just in the small, everyday moments.

The things that make us smile.

The things that make time disappear.

The things that leave us feeling a little more like ourselves.

For me, some of those moments are sitting with a client when something finally clicks for them, watching women connect with each other in a retreat space, having a deep conversation over a cup of tea, or creating something from the heart.

So now I'm curious...😁

What if, for just a few days, you didn't have to hold everything together?

What if you could put down the endless to-do lists, responsibilities, expectations and pressures that follow you everywhere?

That is the intention behind EQUINOX.

Not four days of being busy.

Not four days of trying to become someone else.

Just four days to exhale.

To wake slowly in a beautiful setting.

To share meals, stories and laughter with a small group of supportive women.

To experience breathwork, sound healing, guided meditation, water rituals and meaningful conversations.

To spend quiet moments by the pool.

To reconnect with yourself.

For some women, retreats become a turning point.

A chance to let go of old stories, old hurts, old expectations and the weight they've been carrying for far too long.

A chance to close one chapter and step into the next with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.

Bal and I are intentionally keeping EQUINOX intimate because we want every woman to feel seen, supported and cared for.

If someone needs a cup of tea and a chat, we're there.

If someone needs reassurance, we're there.

If someone simply needs space to be, we're there.

More than a retreat, we're creating a community.

A place where women can reconnect with themselves and remember they don't have to do it all alone.

Some friendships are meant to find their way back to each other 🤍

We first met as teenagers in college, long before either of us could have imagined where life would eventually lead us.

Over the years, life took us down very different paths… different experiences, careers, challenges, countries, growth, healing, and reinvention. Yet somehow, we always stayed connected.

A few years ago, a college reunion brought us back together again, and we quickly realised something beautiful…

Although our journeys had looked different on the surface, we had actually been walking parallel paths for many years — both passionate about wellbeing, meaningful connection, growth, healing, beauty, and creating spaces where women feel safe to simply breathe, soften, laugh, reconnect and be themselves.

The Sacred Inner Path was born from that shared vision.

What started as friendship has now become something we are pouring our hearts into together — creating beautiful retreat experiences designed to nourish the mind, body & soul, whilst also bringing women together in genuine sisterhood and connection.

Our first retreat, EQUINOX ✨ takes place in Southern Spain in September 2026 and we honestly cannot wait to welcome you.

This already feels so special to us… and we’re only just beginning 🤍
