If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or mentally busy, this session offers a space to pause, reset, and recharge in a relaxed setting.

You’ll be guided into deep relaxation while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, helping to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and bring a sense of balance.

• Let go of stress and overthinking
• Feel more grounded and calm

No experience needed – just come as you are.
