Rosacea is not always just about the skin.

Most people see rosacea as redness.
A surface issue. A cosmetic concern.

But the biology behind it is far more complex.

Research now suggests that rosacea involves:
– chronic inflammation
– vascular dysfunction
– nervous system hyperreactivity
– and even immune system dysregulation.

Which means your skin may not be reacting alone.

In many rosacea patients, blood vessels become overly sensitive.
Heat, stress, spicy food, alcohol, emotional changes — even small triggers can cause excessive dilation and inflammation.

Over time, repeated flushing can permanently change the vessels themselves.
