I visited the London in Greenwich...and I was very happy to see that they had several options for vegetarian and vegan! The empanadas were fresh and delicious, the one I tried was called 'Locro', butternut and beans with a delicious chimichurri sauce! They have plenty of seating and great coffee too.

Thai cuisine is awesome however when you are looking for Plant based or vegan options it might be tricky, as fish sauce ends up going everywhere even when you ask (it is such a big part of Thai cooking) however over the years chefs in Thailand have become more and more aware of Plant based good and vegan requirements and there are more and more places that they cater for those needs.

Eating Time on Ko Samui (Lamai beach) is one of those places...they have no social media...but you can find them on Google map if you are on the island.

I have been goingto this restaurant for years and it gets better and better, reshly prepared dishes to suit your requirements and they know have a full vegetarian and vegan menú as well.

This time I went for Vegan Pad See Ew and Green Papaya Salad, well balanced..amazingly delicious.

What is your favourite Plant based Thai dish?

👩‍🏫Here’s the truth: after exercise, your body needs protein and carbs to repair muscles, restore energy, and speed recovery.
But most “protein snacks” on the market? They’re packed with sugar, fillers, or tiny amounts of actual protein, which means you’re paying for candy in disguise.

👉 A smarter post-workout snack is something with at least 15–20g protein, paired with carbs you actually recognise (like fruit, oats, or whole grains)!!

💡 In The High Protein Vegetarian Blueprint, I’ll show you exactly how to choose post-workout fuel that works, from easy grab-and-go options to quick meals you can make at home. No sugar crash, no guesswork.

"I love carbs, but not as my only option. Why do restaurants and most food manufacturers think vegetarian means vegetarian burgers, pasta, salad or a curry with two pieces of vegetables in it?"
It is a real struggle!!! When presented with a vegetarian option in supermarket or restaurants and cafes where there is no protein in sight. In the West most places considered TOFU a strange mystical thing, let alone talking about TEMPEH! So the meal consist of pretty much all carbs. But often times we don't realise that as it is important to understand the nutrients that are in the foods that you eat, and ensure we don't just eat PROTEIN but COMPLETE PROTEIN (containing all 9 essentials amino acids). For example beans are a good source of protein but they are not complete! To ensure we get a complete source of protein when eating beans it can be paired with grains, seeds or nut😉.

Do you find it hard to get balanced meals when eating out?

💡 Inside The High Protein Vegetarian Blueprint, you’ll learn how to spot, and fix, low-protein meals so you stay full and energised no matter where you eat. Join the waitlist today! Link in bio👆 or DM STRONG to receive the link.
