I know there are women out there eating well.
Having home cooked meals, barely touching any processed foods
and still looking in the mirror like…
why is my stomach still doing THIS? 😩
That was my client.
She’s a mum of four. Runs her own business.
Genuinely eating well. But her stomach wasn’t shifting and she was fed up.
So like any woman who joins the Circle, we did her Nutrition Blind Spot Audit…
We ran it for 7 days… everything she ate, every time she ate it.
And I found it straight away.
No protein at breakfast.
And then sometimes 7, 8 hours before her next meal.
That’s it. That was the thing.
So we made two very simple changes.
3 weeks later and look at her stomach, it’s visibly flatter, the bloating has gone and her waist is actually starting to show.
Scale weight is trending downwards too and we haven’t even got to calories yet 👀
