Okra soup with fufu draw and swallow. I guess it's the creole in me. I eat this and then I immediately went for a snooze belly full till I couldn't move. Healthy eating should of had it with fonio but I need to swallow. I think when you swallow you feel full much quicker, or is it just me comment below my African family and friends. Bearing in mind I am more of a grain eater. Have a wonderful few days off never let them tell you it's the weak end.
