I know it's Sunday, but here's my little grouch for the day...
One thing that really frustrates me is when people follow your page, you support them by following back, and then they immediately unfollow you. Why?
Most of us are here to connect, support one another, grow our businesses, and celebrate each other's successes. Building a community should be about genuine engagement, not simply boosting follower numbers to make a page look better.
I believe in supporting people who are willing to support others. That's how strong business communities grow.
