So true .. hoping 2026 is a better year 🙏❤️

Some days, living with diabetes feels exhausting in ways people don’t always see.

It’s the constant math.
The alarms.
The finger pricks.
The injections.
The second-guessing every meal, every workout, every bad night of sleep.

It’s waking up tired because your blood sugar was too high… or too low… or both.
It’s explaining—again—that you didn’t “cause” this, that you can’t just “cheat today,” that you’re already doing your best.

Diabetes doesn’t take breaks.
And neither do the people living with it.

So if today feels heavy, you’re not weak. You’re human.
And surviving something this demanding every single day? That’s strength—even when it doesn’t feel like it. 💙
