What an honour and privilege it was to create a space for deep listening, rest, and feeling held and accompanied in this journey we call life.

Bringing *Inner Alchemy* to St Luke’s Church took a lot of care, energy and work behind the scenes, but I never doubted for a second that it would become something special, not only for those who joined us, but also for myself and everyone who facilitated and supported it.

Together, we shared ceremonial cacao, Kundalini Activation, an immersive 13-gong sound journey, moments of reflection, movement, connection and deep rest. Seeing so many people slow down, soften, open up and reconnect with themselves and with one another was truly moving.

For me, *Inner Alchemy* felt like a message from life itself, gently confirming that this is the path I want to continue exploring through The 5 Elements: creating spaces of connection, shared journeys and collective care. Spaces that offer a small antidote to a world that increasingly invites us to live disconnected from ourselves and from one another.

I feel deeply grateful for the atmosphere we created together, and for the trust everyone brought into the room.
