Join my clients and I on a relaxed, social walk to raise funds for a specialist treadmill for dogs like Mollie who need a little extra support 🐶

Mollie is a beautiful 5-year-old Presa Canario in the care of RSPCA Cornwall Branch. She is a big, energetic girl with so much love to give, but like many dogs in rescue, she is finding kennel life challenging. While all of the dogs are exercised daily, some need more physical and mental stimulation to truly feel settled and happy.
Movement makes a huge difference to Mollie. It helps her release energy, reduce stress and feel calmer, supporting her overall wellbeing while she waits for her forever home.
We are raising funds for a specialist dog treadmill to provide extra enrichment for dogs like Mollie — giving them more chances to move, play and feel good.
Your support will help dogs like Mollie stay active, balanced and ready for their second chance.

🧘🏼‍♀️A gentle stretch and mobility session to activate your whole body and relieve tension.
🍎A presentation about The Human Being Diet, a 3 month programme of feasting and fasting for energy, health and longevity.
💫Bonnie will guide you through a meditation followed by a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound session.

💫THE MAGIC OF KINESIOLOGY💫
Yesterday's wellbeing workshop was different. I didn't feel compelled to drive sales. I didn't feel let down when 3 people cancelled. I didn't cancel the event due to lack of bookings. I didn't panic when the urn was missing, the WiFi was down and my guest speaker was running late. I felt an inner sense of calm.
It soon became clear that it was meant to be a small intimate group so that my guest speaker could offer guidance and support to each participant during her kinesiology session.
Laura did a demonstration on me and I am incredibly grateful for what she picked up and the support she offered. Something shifted in me.
Earlier in the week, I'd been hurt on two occasions by people I love. Their words triggered me which left me feeling angry and resentful.
Laura identified a weakness with my gallbladder related to my emotions (rather than structural or nutritional). She used Bach flower remedies (Beech, Willow and Vervain) to treat this and I felt the anger and resentment lift.
I was reminded of something important… We can't control other people's words or actions; the only thing we can control is our response. Other people's words can trigger and hurt you, but this is rarely their intention. It's important to reflect on why their words are causing this reaction in you. It often relates to your childhood. Offer a quiet forgiveness to them and some gentle love and reassurance to yourself.

KELTX APRIL 2026

2nd KELTX event; 1st time competing 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼.
Judged wall balls for 1st event in October and was in awe of the competitors - all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities - totally inclusive and I was buzzing for days. Only took me a week to convince to race with me in April.

We started attending Hyrox classes at in January - a gruelling test of our endurance. We spent Valentine's Day together at a KELTX masterclass and agreed our goal was to ‘complete’ not ‘compete’ 😆. My training was then put on hold a few times due to various health issues (styes, cold viruses, periods from hell).
As it got close to race day, it became a matter of survival - rolled my ankle on a run, lost a 20kg kettlebell over my head practising american kettlebell swings, near miss at a junction on another run, wrist went into spasm at school, walked into a tree day before the race and suffered mild whiplash 😅. Honestly, you couldn't make it up 🤣. Poor Kizzy, she was anxious enough about the race without having to worry about whether I would make it there alive 😬.
Anyway, we got to Exeter Arena in one piece, spent the morning judging wall balls and then it was time to hit the dance floor in our neon pink matching outfits (and hair) 💖.
The race was awesome. I had my partner in crime by my side and my loved ones/ coaches/ fellow judges cheering us on. I was at a comfortable 7/10 until we hit station 6 - burpee broad jump returns - I pushed myself too hard and struggled with the last run. The final station, wall balls, were a blur 😅. We hoped for 1hr30, coach Em predicted 1hr10, and we smashed it in 1hr8 👊🏼.

Thank you to all 5 KELTX directors for putting on a premium competition, the coaches at KREV who have guided us at the Hyrox classes, Hayley and Rachel (massage therapists) for keeping me supple and sorting out a few little injuries along the way, James and my parents for being my biggest supporters, and Kizzy for not only being an awesome race partner but an absolute gem of a friend. We had a plan and we executed it 💪🏼.

2025 – a Year of Growth 🌱💫

My 2025 goals were:

1)    Get outside more.
I’ve enjoyed lots of woodland and coastal walks with family, friends, and the pooches. James and I had lots of paddleboarding adventures over the summer. However, I’m yet to reignite my love of sea swimming and surfing, and the bike has been in hibernation all year.

2)    Continue to grow and develop my business.
I left one of my two remaining schools which enabled me to expand my business. I've increased my weight training classes to seven a week, launched my monthly wellbeing workshops, held a wellness fundraiser for RSPCA Cornwall, and ran another 10 week Nutrition Support Group. My momentous ending to the year was hosting a Christmas Party for my clients. I feel incredibly lucky to have built this little community of awesome people who have entrusted me to support them with their health and wellbeing 🏋🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️

In other news…
I've continued to prioritise my own health and wellbeing. I strength train six days a week, not just to build muscle, but to clear the noise in my head and reset for the day ahead. I invested in a coach to teach me some powerlifts and joined KREV’s Metcon class. I’ve developed a love/hate relationship with running, completing some organised runs and trying to run once a week. I followed the Human Being Diet, which re-stabilised my blood sugar levels, improved my energy and helped me shed 12lbs of body fat. I was a judge at the first KELTX competition in October and have signed up to compete in April 2026. Despite being well on my way to 50, I'm at my fittest and healthiest 💪🏼

My 2026 intentions:
➡️ Journey through life with ease and grace.
➡️ More connection with nature.
➡️ Take the biggest leap of faith in my business by leaving education for good.
