If you have seen this post before April 1st the universe wishes to remind you of your worth

To remind you to get outside in nature and to breathe in the air.
To release any energy that does not serve you.
To remember how far you have come and how awesome you truly are.

You don’t have to feel positive all the time or have everything figured out to be doing okay. Progress isn’t always obvious day to day, and that’s normal.

Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle

Be your authentic self and always trust your own intuition

Take care of yourself, don’t lose your sense of who you are, and don’t let other people define your worth. That part’s solid.

If that message made you pause for even a second, it probably did its job.
