There’s something about a soundbath in a church that feels really special, you can see it and I think you can feel it in this reel.

The sacredness of the space, the welcoming energy, the quiet, and the beautiful natural acoustics all come together to create something quite healing 💕

This captures the different stages of lighting, from setting up in the light, to a soft lighting as everyone arrives, then lights down, ambience up for the Soundbath. ✨

There are now just 2 spaces remaining for my next soundbath at St Peter & St Paul’s Parish Church in Chingford on Mon 26 Oct, and how lucky are we as it falls on the Full Moon 🌕✨

There’s something about October that feels especially magical. The changing season, the darker evenings, the autumn energy… and to experience a soundbath in a space like this, by candlelight, on a Full Moon in October feels pretty special.

I can’t wait. 🤍

November is now live too (Tues 17 Nov), which will be my final church soundbath of 2026. I’m really looking forward to this one too. As the season changes and the church begins to feel alive with festive energy, there’s a different kind of magic in the air. ✨

I’ll be back at the church in January, although those dates are still TBC.

It turned out there were lots of other people who loved the idea of an outdoor Autumn Forest Soundbath too. 🍂 Cosy Season at its best!

And we were absolutely blessed with the weather! Thank you to everyone who came and helped turn the idea into a reality. 🤎

I was so wrapped up in creating the right ambience that I completely forgot to take photos in the daylight! 🙈😭

Everyone arrived half an hour before sunset, there was warm cinnamon-spiced apple juice or cacao to settle in with along with oracle cards and oils. The cinnamon apple aroma kept wafting through the Soundbath, which I personally LOVED. All the autumn feels! 🍎🍂

Everyone had their own cosy kit; Sherpa blanket, fur rug, eye mask and a hand warmer, the space was surrounded by candles, lanterns, fairy lights, pumpkins and lights in the trees. Some of us were even underneath the huge silver birch tree.

The Soundbath began before sunset and finished at twilight, so the sounds of nature became part of the experience too. Although one particular squirrel (or duck 😂) seemed to be either singing along or shouting at me!

There was also a drum and sonic chime before the crystal singing bowls began, followed by chocolate and raspberries at the end to help everyone ground and transition back into the space. 🍫

I’m such a sensory person, and I’m really enjoying bringing that side of me into my Soundbaths. The more feedback I receive, the more I’m adding little sensory elements to heighten the experience.

And the blankets… well they seem to be taking on a personality of their own! 😂

My chime stand broke at the start, the hook fell clean off the stand, sending my Koshi crashing to the floor!! Every sound healer’s worst nightmare! 😩 Needless to say, that went straight in the bin!

My next Soundbath has sold out, but there are still spaces at my Urban Soundbath in Chelmsford and Full Moon Soundbath at St Peter and St Paul Parish Church in Chingford.

Am I too late to send you off to sleep with a soundbath?

I have a new bowl, it’s a deep C and I’m in love with it. Feedback please!!! Do you like it?

I’m thinking of emitting one of the other bowls so that I can fit this into my current set and bring this with me as from tomorrow! Although, I don’t even have a carry case for it yet 😂

So, here’s a little taste of what you can expect at my Soundbaths…

Grab your earphones, get in to bed and listen to the slow, gentle, deep tones of this soundbath designed to help you slow down and quieten the mind. Taking your brainwaves into the calm of alpha, the dreamy depths of theta, and for some, all the way into deep sleep, delta.

So…..I swear there were a few moments here where I looked like the girl from the ring 😂 Did you see it? 😂😂

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of holding a Soundbath at .sauna and I’ll be back there on Sunday 11 Oct.

🩷 The hosts very generously offer a complimentary sauna and cold plunge for guests wanting to make an evening of it.

🩷 This will be a lovely chance to slow down, rebalance your nervous system and and be away from your phone.

🩷 I’ll be playing deep frequency crystal singing bowls and gentle chimes, with some time at the beginning for everyone to experience the sound of a drum and chimes being played over you.

🕯️I’m very big on ambience and try to make each of my soundbaths feel a little more than just a soundbath, more of an experience. ✨

🍫There will be relaxing oils for your pulse points and a little grounding snack at the end.

✨ Everyone is welcome and no previous experience is needed.

Hi everyone, I’m holding an Autumn Forest soundbath on Fri 2 Oct in High Beech. If the weather is nice it will be held outside in the forest garden, if it’s cold or wet we’ll move it inside so that it can go ahead whatever the weather.

The soundbath will begin at 6pm while there is daylight and conclude at twilight. As the light fades the outdoor area will come alive with candles and soft ambient fairy lights creating a beautiful ambience. The evening forest sounds will become part of this lovely autumnal soundbath experience.

Everyone will be given sherpa blankets to wrap up in, hand warmers and fur rugs and there will be warm cacao, or warm cinnamon-spiced apple juice. Followed by chocolate and raspberries at the end.

Hi all, I’m wondering if there would be any interest in an autumn Forest Soundbath at High Beech on Fri 2nd Oct?

🍁 There’s something so cosy about the forest in autumn and I think it could make such a beautiful setting for a Soundbath. ✨

🍂 If weather allows, it would be outdoors from 6pm–7.15pm, moving from daylight into twilight, with fairy lights, lanterns and candlelight.

🍁 Everyone would be given a ‘cosy kit’ which would include a fur rug, a sherpa blanket and hand warmer. There would be warm cinnamon spiced apple juice or cacao on arrival. 🍎

🍂 Then you could just lie back and relax to the sounds of my deep frequency crystal singing bowls, drum and chimes, with the forest becoming part of the experience. 🌲

🍁 If it’s too cold or raining, the soundbath would instead be held in one of the rooms at the centre but still with warm spiced apple juice/cacao/ cosy kits.

🍂 Am I completely crazy thinking this would be lovely? 😂 Alternatively, I could do an indoor autumn Soundbath at 7pm, with all the same cosy touches.

A regular Soundbath schedule is starting to emerge… 🧡

I launched my Soundbaths at the end of April and since then I’ve experimented with different locations, met many lovely people and changed the initial plan to meet demands. Slowly but surely, a bit of a schedule has started to emerge. This is how things are now looking 🤩

Monthly Soundbaths
📍 Chingford Parish Church
📍 Arvo Sauna, Walthamstow

Every other month
📍 Kingsley Hall, Debden

Seasonal
📍 Epping Forest Field Study Centre

And 2 new locations coming in Oct..

This is likely to become a seasonal Soundbath (although I’m not ruling out the odd ad hoc one 😂).
Because of its beautiful woodland setting, I love the idea of weaving elements of the season and nature into these. So think summer outdoor Soundbaths, autumn cosiness with cacao and warm cinnamon spiced apple and/or whatever matches the seasons as they change. 🍂

And I’m expanding… (in more ways than just my waistband!) 😂

💥 Mettleworks, Chelmsford - Thu 15 Oct
An urban, after-dark Soundbath! Think raw industrial surroundings, atmospheric lighting and a deep resonating sound. The acoustics here are amazing! We’ll be immersed in sound!

💥 St Luke’s Church, Clayhall - date TBC
I have the opportunity to do a Soundbath in another church. This is a beautiful church in a wonderful location. I’ve never met such a welcoming community! The inside space is lovely and large, so numbers shouldn’t feel restricted (but I don’t know anyone in this area, so this could be tough! 😂)

Dates and event details are in the planning stages at the moment.

🍁 Cosy kit
I suspect some of the venues (esp the churches) could get cold over the coming months so a cosy/warmth kit will now be included in the Soundbaths 🍁❄️

Everyone is welcome to all my soundbaths, no experience is needed.

My DMs and WhatsApp are always open so pls do feel free to get in touch 💖

I’ll pop up a post with all dates once they’re confirmed.
